My administration has been hard at work doing everything we can to continue to establish New Jersey as the best spot in the country to host live sports and entertainment.

And what better place to serve as the go-to New Jersey venue to host large-scale events than the state-of-the-art MetLife Stadium? From hosting die-hard NFL fans to World Cup spectators from around the world in 2026 and tens of thousands of Swifties, there’s nothing MetLife Stadium can’t do.

In addition to all this, I’m proud to say that MetLife Stadium will also be the host of the NHL Stadium Series in February 2024. Four teams will play in two hockey games, including our own New Jersey Devils, who will be playing their first outdoor game in New Jersey history.
