Whenever I’m meeting new supporters there’s one thing I always make sure they know. Although I’m the one running for Congress, our volunteers are who truly keep us going.

So on International Women’s Day, I want to celebrate the badass, door-knocking, phone-banking, poll-working, protest-marshaling women on this team who are always there for me when the going gets tough.

I’ll be honest. There are good days, and there are bad days. But even on the bad ones, I’m never alone in this fight. I’m blessed to be surrounded by a community of unapologetically caring, passionate women who pick each other up. I mean it when I say there’s nothing this race could throw at us that we can’t handle!
