John, today is International Women's Day -- a day to celebrate how far women have come, and recommit to our work for further progress empowering women and girls everywhere.

We must continue to fight for equal representation, rights, pay, opportunities, and protections for ALL girls and women.

I often think of the conversation I had with my daughters the day after the 2016 election, about the need for more women to run for office. The fundamental lack of representation that we have in political office perpetuates the many inequalities that women still face in society today. I'm running to make sure we have more voices at the policy-making table -- so that my daughters, and yours, can live in a more just and prosperous country.

This will be a remarkably consequential election for the future of reproductive health rights, access to affordable healthcare and childcare, and the possibility of closing the gender pay gap. On this International Women's Day, I'm more committed than ever to fighting for our values -- but I'll need your help to get that seat at the table to do so!

If you can make a grassroots contribution of $5, $15, $25, $50, or more, it will go a long way towards boosting our latest outreach efforts.

Thank you,

Hiral
