Since the day he was sworn in, Chris Murphy has been making trouble for the gun manufacturers who are getting rich while parents worry about their children’s safety.

From Sandy Hook to a 15-hour filibuster to demanding his colleagues answer the question “what are we doing?” after Uvalde, he’s spent years leading the effort to build a movement with enough political power to rival and ultimately topple the gun lobby’s grip on Washington. That’s why we finally won and passed the first comprehensive piece of gun safety legislation last year — after 30 years of inaction from Congress.

It would not have happened without people like you pitching in to fund our movement. Grassroots donations are the number one reason Chris could stay laser focused on the work we elected him to do in the Senate without worrying about fundraising.
