John,

This Veterans Day, it’s time we do more than just offer our
gratitude.

We need to acknowledge the devastating toll war has had on our service
members for decades and how it’s been made worse by our
government’s broken promises.

Congress may take one day to pause and reflect on the sacrifices made
by those who served, BUT LET ME BE CLEAR, THAT’S NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Our Veterans are in crisis as they face illness, abandonment, and
unemployment.

Saying ‘thanks’ is no longer good enough. We must force Congress
to remove the bureaucracy and to make good on the promises made to our
Veterans.

Let me be blunt. The plight of our Veterans is a national disgrace,
and our Veterans are suffering needlessly.

It’s made worse when my Democrat opponent, Steven Horsford, voted
against fully funding the VA and blocked pay raises for our Active
Duty service members!

After a full career in the Air Force, I’ve seen what the toll of war
has brought onto my brothers and sisters in arms.

Suicide rates among Vets have skyrocketed. More veterans have died by
suicide in the past 10 years than in combat.

AND OUR YOUNGEST VETS ARE NOW ALMOST FOUR TIMES MORE LIKELY TO DIE BY
SUICIDE THAN AVERAGE AMERICANS.

The VA struggles to keep up and it’s ill-equipped to serve our Vets.
The backlogs at the VA are staggering, leaving many to wait years for
medical care and disability income.

And when our Veterans receive care, it’s oftentimes riddled with
negligence and incompetence.

WE MUST HOLD BIDEN AND THE LEFT ACCOUNTABLE FOR FAILING OUR VETERANS
WHILE THEY CHASE THEIR MARXIST AGENDA.
