On Veterans Day, we come together to honor the sacrifices and contributions made by veterans here in eastern Connecticut and across our nation. It is a day to pay tribute to the brave men and women who have selflessly served our country and protected our freedoms.

I will always be committed to fighting for the veterans that have given so much for us.

As we commemorate today, let us remember and honor the indelible mark veterans have made on our nation’s history and stand united in our appreciation.
