A personal message from Dr. Abdul El-Sayed
Universal healthcare is crucial to making our country a better and more equitable place.
That's why I based my 2018 gubernatorial run in Michigan on progressive policies like Medicare For All -- nobody should have to die because they can't afford life-saving care or medication, and nobody should go bankrupt from medical costs.
Our country is standing up to demand a more compassionate and equitable government -- one that fights for all of us, and one that looks like who it represents.
That's why I'm so excited to endorse Nabilah Islam for Congress. She's running a proud and historic campaign on her progressive values and will bring a much-needed perspective to Washington.
I'm asking you to join me in supporting Nabilah by making a donation to her congressional campaign:

Nabilah knows that people are hurting. From people working multiple back-breaking jobs and still struggling to put food on the table, to LGBTQ individuals who can be legally fired for their identity, to immigrants who have come to America in search of a better life but are now facing inhumane camps and deportation.
She's faced a lot of the obstacles Americans face -- racism based on her skin color, discrimination based on her faith, and the never-ending struggle to get ahead in an economy set up to favor those at the top and exploit those at the bottom.
We can trust her to truly advocate for us, she'll never give in to the pressures from political elites and corporate donors.
We need more people like Nabilah in Congress -- will you chip in today to help her make it to Washington?
