Today, we honor our Veterans — all those who have stepped up to protect our nation and our freedoms.

In truth, our Veterans should be honored every day. But the reality is that many of our Veterans find themselves left behind by our country.

As a member of Congress, I’m committed to ensuring New Mexico’s Veterans have access to the best programs and care available. I will always work to ensure that those who served and sacrificed for our country receive the care and support they deserve.

I want to extend my sincerest thanks to all who have served, and I hope you will join me in reflecting upon the sacrifices that so many have made to defend our democracy.
