Happy Veteran’s Day, folks.

Today, we honor and celebrate the brave women and men who have fought so hard for our freedom, and sacrificed so much to uphold the democratic values this nation was founded on.

In Congress, I’ve always been committed to passing bipartisan legislation to improve the lives of veterans. From affordable housing and accessible physical and mental health care, to better job opportunities and support for those who aren’t able to work – there’s still plenty left to be done.

But today, I hope you’ll join me in a small show of appreciation for the veterans who’ve sacrificed so much for our country and fought so hard for all that we hold dear.
