Here are just a few reasons why we can’t stop fighting: - Women still only make on average 0.82¢ for every $1 their male counterparts make. For women of color, that number can be even lower.
- Less than 25% of Members of Congress are women, even though they make up half the population.
- High numbers of women say they have experienced workplace harassment, making it that much harder to advance in their careers.
