URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Stop fossil fuel companies from drilling on public lands
and pumping greenhouse gas emissions into the air! >> Act now!

The Department of Interior is about to lease more than 2,000 acres of our public lands to the fossil fuel company willing to put up the most cash.
People, our wild places, and the climate are all at risk.

Nearly a QUARTER of all U.S. emissions comes from fossil fuel extraction on
public lands. Precious American landscapes are being razed to mine coal, drill for oil, and
frack for gas. What do you gain from this? Scarred public lands, an increasingly
heated planet, and fossil fuel companies’ hands.

Tell the Department of Interior: don’t lease our precious public lands to greedy
fossil fuel companies!

[[link removed]]It’s no exaggeration to say we are in a global emergency. This summer was our HOTTEST EVER on record. Canadian wildfires chased millions of Americans indoors to escape
toxic smoke. Many of us couldn’t even go outside without worrying for our
health.

Let’s be clear: these disasters are worsening because of the very fossil fuel
companies that want to pump even more emissions into the air by drilling on our
public lands. Opening more of our lands to them will only make the problem even
worse.

November 20th Comment Deadline: Your time to help CANCEL these lease sales is
running out. We need 3,921 more signatures to help us hit our midnight goal.
