Africa & Europe
Please pray for all the victims IJM is currently assisting in Romania. Pray for their safety, that they will be able and willing to testify in trials, and that their recovery processes move forward smoothly so that they can fully regain their freedom and autonomy.
Latin America
Praise God for the opportunity to offer training to justice officials in Colombia. Since July of this year, IJM has trained 69 officials responsible for protecting victims, detecting cases and bringing justice to victims and survivors of violence. Please pray the training will positively impact their interactions with survivors and will enable them to provide sensitive care to people who are in the process of restoration. Also, please pray that the tools they acquire will help them take care of themselves to avoid vicarious trauma.
South Asia
Pray for the expert research agencies who will help us study the scale and nature of human trafficking in our program areas. We are partnering on several significant studies that cover huge populations to help prove our programs’ impact over time. Pray for safety for the study teams as they travel in the next few months, and pray that God will open their eyes to see all the evidence of these devastating crimes.
Asia Pacific

recently published an article calling for survivors to have a seat at the table in the creation of programs and policies surrounding the crime. To be seen as more than just survivors, Ruby envisions survivors taking the lead, being empowered as subject-matter experts, and contributing valued insights through their lived experiences. We pray for Ruby and other OSEC survivors as they call for change!

a devotion published by Proverbs 31 ministries . In the daily devotion, IJM staff member Amanda Vohs reflects on her time at IJM and all that she has learned about God’s restorative power. We hope you are encouraged by her words!

The updates we share on survivors or their cases can become sensitive over time. To respect and protect
them, please refrain from posting these prayer requests online.
