Folks,

Today, on Veterans Day, we show a special appreciation for the veterans who put their lives at risk to keep our country and Americans protected each and every day.

While it’s important that we honor the people who sacrifice their safety for our well-being, as a member of Congress, I implore us to do more.

I've proudly voted on behalf of our veterans numerous times. Over the years, I voted to:

• Support veterans in STEM careers
• Provide a compensation cost-of-living adjustment for our veterans
• Ensure our veterans have the proper healthcare they need 

We need to show our veterans that they matter – both during and after their service. I won’t rest until our veterans and service members are treated with the honor and dignity they have earned.
