On Monday, Nov. 13, we are reading about the intersection of racism and capitalism.

Join us this upcoming Monday Evening at 7pm!

Howdy Comrade,

This upcoming Monday, November 13th, is the next session of the Socialist Night School. We will be reading about and discussing the intersection of racism and capitalism with an excerpt of "From #BlackLivesMatter to Black Liberation" by Keeanga-Yamahtta Taylor. In the process, we will discuss how capitalism and racism evolved together and how we can overcome them.

We will be meeting at The Montrose Center, 401 Branard St, from 7-9 pm. Please bring a charged, wi-fi capable device you are comfortable reading from. The event is free and open to the public but be sure to RSVP!

There will also be an online option if you would like to attend virtually. The Zoom link will be provided upon RSVP after clicking below.

The following two sessions will be held on Monday, November 27th, and Monday, December 11th.

Keep an eye on the Houston DSA calendar for more exciting upcoming events.
