Friend, it’s Alison.
I was a New York City cop and commander for nearly 25 years. I thought I
understood the migrant crisis because of what I saw on the streets of New York:
the people looking for homes and shelter, the people looking for medicine and
supplies. I had no idea how bad it was and how far this crisis reached until I
recently visited our Southern Border.
Let me tell you something, Friend: Anyone who says we don't have an open
border is lying. I saw it with my own eyes. Our Southern Border is wide open.
Since day one, the Biden Administration has gotten everything wrong and made
our border more vulnerable. They stopped the wall construction, and now
hospitals and food banks in the area are overrun.
People working near our Southern border are full of concern: How are we going
to protect our citizens? How are we going to feed our citizens? Here is where
we can start: we can’t help Americans if we don’t secure our borders. I decided
to run for Congress to secure our borders and secure our streets.
I call on the Biden Administration to secure our Southern Border, protect
American citizens, and disempower Mexican cartels.
We can do better by our citizens, and that is why I am running for Congress.
