Her eloquent writing, relentless advocacy work, educational initiatives, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of these birds touched the lives of many and left an enduring mark on the animal rights movement. We invite friends, colleagues, and fellow advocates to join us in a memorial service at the UPC sanctuary to celebrate Karen’s extraordinary life and legacy. Together, let us remember her as a beacon of compassion, a trailblazer in the fight for animal rights, and a beloved friend.
