There is one week until the government shuts down. Read that again: one week until our active-duty service members go without pay, one week until nutrition programs for kids and the elderly halt, and one week until our economy is devastated by an unnecessary shutdown. And it’s all because House extremists are refusing to work on a bipartisan path forward.  

The Blue Dogs are taking a stand — we’re calling for a bipartisan continuing resolution to stop the madness and do what’s right for Americans by keeping the government open.
