This week, voters in Ohio and Virginia stood up for reproductive freedom.

After the GOP in Ohio tried every anti-democratic trick in their playbook to silence voters – purging Ohioans from voter rolls, changing ballot language to be purposefully misleading, and pouring anti-choice dark money into the campaign – Ohioans still resoundingly voted to pass Issue 1 and enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution.

And in Virginia, voters saw right through Republicans’ so-called "middle ground" stance on abortion and elected a Democratic majority in both chambers of the state legislature, effectively crushing the GOP’s plan to strip away reproductive health care.

This is something to celebrate. People are standing up to prevent their rights from being taken away.

But the abortion fight isn’t over. Republicans are mobilizing in an attempt to take back the Senate, which could put a national abortion ban on the table. And with the Supreme Court filled with anti-abortion justices, Democrats can’t afford to lose next year.

So I’m asking: Can you donate today to support my re-election campaign so we can protect our Senate majority and continue the fight to safeguard reproductive health care?
