John, I regularly ride my bike on the weekends, recently at the Churchill Valley Greenway.
Whether I'm out on a ride alone, with my kids, or with friends, biking always helps me reflect on things. Plus, fall in Western PA is unbeatable.
My bike rides help me clear my mind and prepare for my work. My days and weeks look a lot different than when I was deployed overseas or working as a voting rights lawyer, but the things I worry about haven't changed much.
I worry about making sure my family and neighbors are safe and can get decent healthcare, jobs, and education. I worry about making sure that my fellow veterans and their families have the care and benefits they've earned. And I worry that corporate profiteers out to line their own pockets at the expense of hard-working Americans will take advantage of their workers and our community.
In Washington, I'm fighting to deliver for Western PA and make sure that yinzers are cut in on the deal. I'll be back on my bike soon, still fighting for the Common Good here at home or down in Washington.
John, bike rides help ground me and get me thinking about what my supporters care about and why. Can you take two minutes to share what issues you care about?

Thank you for joining me in this fight, John.
