November 28 is gearing up to be an important day for the Center for Reproductive Rights. Our team will be presenting oral arguments before the Texas Supreme Court in our case against the state of Texas and its Giving Tuesday.

I am the lead attorney in Zurawski v. State of Texas, the first case in the U.S. brought on behalf of women denied abortions since the fall of Roe v. Wade.

On November 28, I'll be representing the incredibly brave plaintiffs in Texas who were denied abortions despite dangerous and sometimes life-threatening pregnancy complications. The harrowing stories these women have shared are just the tip of the iceberg. Pregnant people across the U.S. and the world are being denied essential health care due to dangerous abortion bans.

People will die if laws don't change, team. That's why our court date on November 28 is so important, and that's why I'm asking you to make your Giving Tuesday gift early, to clear space for our important case.
