Dear Friend,
I learned of your interest in the Clinton Foundation’s work around climate change and disaster relief and resilience. I wanted to introduce myself: I’m the CEO of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), and I recently joined President Clinton and Secretary Clinton in Puerto Rico for our fifth meeting of the CGI Action Network on Post- Disaster Recovery.
We spent time with many partners and beneficiaries during our trip and brought together leaders from many sectors and geographies who share one goal: to help the Caribbean people build back better in the wake of recent natural disasters.
I thought you might want to check out a few of the stories that came out of our visit:

• Looking at George Bush & Bill Clinton's Life-Changing Work with Wounded Veterans and Puerto Rico, via History Channel and People

We have a busy year ahead, and I’ll be in touch in the coming weeks with updates and to tell you more about our efforts. In the meantime, thanks for your interest in our work and be in touch any time with questions.
Best,
Lisena DeSantis
