CONTRACT UPDATE: After 2 days of back to back negotiations, Culinary Union is pleased to announce a Tentative Agreement towards a new 5-year contract has been reached with both Caesars Entertainment & MGM Resorts respectively for approximately 30,000 hospitality workers at 17 Las Vegas properties.

But we aren't done until we are all done! Ahead of the Friday at 5am strike deadline, the Culinary and Bartenders Unions are holding final negotiating sessions with Wynn Resorts, which is happening right now!
WYNN RESORTS ONLY:
If an agreement for a new contract is not reached by Friday, November 10, 2023, at 5am, a strike would impact Wynn Resorts and 5,000 unionized workers on the Las Vegas Strip.

ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL CONTRATO: Después de 2 días de negociaciones consecutivas, la Unión Culinaria se complace en anunciar que se ha alcanzado un acuerdo tentativo para un nuevo contrato de 5 años con Caesars Entertainment y MGM Resorts, respectivamente, para aproximadamente 30.000 trabajadores de la hospitalidad en 17 propiedades de Las Vegas.

¡Pero no hemos terminado hasta que hayamos terminado todos! Antes de que venza el plazo para la huelga el viernes a las 5 de la mañana, las Uniones Culinaria y de Cantineros están realizando sesiones finales de negociación con Wynn Resorts, ¡que están teniendo lugar ahora mismo!
SÓLO PARA WYNN RESORTS:
Si no se llega a un acuerdo para un nuevo contrato antes del viernes 10 de noviembre de 2023 a las 5am, una huelga afectaría a Wynn Resorts y a 5,000 trabajadores sindicalizados en el Strip de Las Vegas.
