Dear John,

Happy International Women’s Day! Today and every day, Ipas is working for a world where every woman and girl has the power to safely make her own reproductive health decisions.

This power is fundamental for women to be able to choose their own life path (which is why I talk about it all the time). Without it, women experience countless hardships and broken dreams—and are more likely to face unintended pregnancies and seek unsafe abortions that put their life and health at risk.

This International Women’s Day, I’m thinking about the power we all have to help advance women’s rights. For Caroline Mbi-Njifor, Ipas South Africa’s director, it starts with mentoring the women on her staff to advance their careers. For our teams in India and Bolivia, it means building gender equity by educating women and men on reproductive health.

And for people like you who agree with Ipas’s mission, it can mean making a donation to support our tireless efforts. Will you donate today in honor of International Women’s Day?

DONATE TODAY!

We’re all committed to a future where women and girls have complete control over their own bodies. You have the power to invest in that future today.

I'm happy to share that we’re included on Charity Navigator’s list of highly rated charities promoting women’s health, education, rights and social services—a list compiled for Women’s History Month.

Thanks, as always, for being a part of our movement.

In solidarity,

Anu Kumar

Ipas President and CEO
