Today the United States and Israel announced that the IDF will implement daily four-hour pauses of military operations to facilitate additional humanitarian aid.
Another 80,000 Gazans safely fled south today through humanitarian corridors secured by the IDF. More than 150,000 people have moved south this week alone, and nearly one million people overall, since Israel began urging evacuations to protect civilian lives.
Fierce fighting continues around Gaza City, where the IDF is making significant progress to destroy Hamas’ terror infrastructure. Yesterday, Israeli soldiers fought a 10-hour firefight before overrunning a major Hamas stronghold in Jabalya.
Israelis came under attack for the 33rd straight day today, with rockets launched at central and southern Israel – including a drone that exploded in a school in Eilat.
Israel intercepted a missile over the Red Sea using the Arrow-3 system — the first time this program was used in combat.
