Here’s the good news: On Tuesday, millions of people across Ohio worked together to pass Issue 1, enshrining reproductive freedom in our state constitution.

But here’s the bad news: In the days since, dozens of extremist Republicans in Columbus have threatened to undermine the will of the voters by attacking these constitutionally-protected freedoms.

Ohioans made it clear that these intensely personal healthcare choices should be made by women and their doctors only. And if extremist politicians won’t respect that, then it’s clear the fight for reproductive freedom isn’t over.
