Sen. Joe Manchin is not running for reelection in West Virginia, meaning Democrats are virtually guaranteed to lose a Senate seat.

Let me explain what that means for us. Even before this, experts were saying our race could decide Senate control – but now, I’m afraid that if we lose this race, we will lose the Senate.

I know we can win in Ohio – Tuesday’s election showed just that – but we’re going to need an immediate surge of grassroots support to make it happen.
