Hi friend,
Our hearts continue to break as more news continues to come out about the tragedy in Maine last month.
It is deeply saddening to watch more families suffering the indescribable anguish of losing a family member to targeted mass violence — in part because our polarized country struggles to come together to find solutions to this issue.
That’s why Stand with Parkland remains dedicated to bringing people together on this issue and talking to anyone and everyone in the local, state or federal government who will listen: Republican, Democrat, Independent — anyone. Not because it’s the easy approach or the one that wins us the most media attention, but because it’s the only way our country can truly end this epidemic of violence.
However, to continue taking meetings across the country to bring people together on this issue, me and the Stand with Parkland team rely on support from folks like you who care about this issue. Can you make a donation to our work to help us continue this fight? Thank you so much to everyone who pitched in last month to get us started — we’re aiming to raise $10K before Giving Tuesday to renew the strength of our advocacy efforts.

Our journey has not been without its challenges — in fact, challenges have been the norm. But when I think about how, at just 14 years old, my daughter Gina could not only just talk to anyone, but connect with anyone, make them smile, and make them laugh, I am reminded that kindness, compassion, and unity are among the most powerful tools we have in this world.
That’s why I’m asking you for your help raising $10K before Giving Tuesday in three weeks. Any amount you’re able to give will go towards helping us prevent horrific acts of targeted violence from happening in schools across our nation.

We're parents, spouses, and family members who are dedicated to ensuring that no other family has to endure the same pain we've endured. Stand with Parkland amplifies your voice when speaking to our nation’s leaders. We are focused on issues, answers and families, and I hope I can count on your support.
Thank you so much for your time and your help.
