** LATEST APPEAL
------------------------------------------------------------

Our Colombia’s Forests of Mist ([link removed]) appeal this autumn aims to raise £1,150,000 to help restore, extend and protect the Guanacas Reserve – a vitally important cloud forest habitat.

Thanks to your generous donations throughout Big Match Fortnight, we have now raised over 55% of the total needed. This has allowed our partner Fundación Guanacas to secure the first 25ha of land to be purchased for the project. This is incredible news considering Colombia has less than a fifth of its original cloud forest cover remaining, but we still need your support in reaching our total and helping to protect even more of this remarkable cloud forest.
