What I have to share with you is very personal. It’s about my home life.

I deeply love my husband, Mark. He’s been traveling a great deal lately. So I really treasure our time together -- the more the better!

But today I’m writing to you with a sincere request. And if you agree to help, then I’ll see even less of my dear husband than ever.

My name is Patty Meckler, and I am blessed to be married to Mark Meckler, the President of Convention of States Action (COSA).

Since Mark founded COSA a few years ago, our lives have been an absolute roller coaster -- he’s been viciously attacked in the media, spends as many as 200 days per year on the road, and we’ve both had many sleepless nights.

But this is the calling God has placed on our lives, and we’ll do whatever it takes to preserve our liberty and save the nation once and for all.

As I talk to donors and grassroots activists, often late into the night, I’m encouraged and inspired by their dedication to the fight.

Your support spurs Mark on as he testifies before legislative committees around the country, meets with skeptical lawmakers, and debates hostile detractors.

Your contributions made it possible for COS to recruit, train, and mobilize thousands upon thousands of eager grassroots volunteers who pushed the COS resolution to passage in FIFTEEN states!

That means we are only 19 states away from doing what no generation has ever done before — amending our Constitution to PERMANENTLY preserve our liberty.

Will it come at a great cost? Yes. And I feel it on a deep, personal level, every time I kiss my husband goodbye. But the fight for liberty is worth it.
