It's with immense pride and joy that I get to tell you that Dan McCaffery has won his election to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. This is a massive victory that we should all celebrate!

First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you. Your unwavering support and dedication, your votes, your donations, and the hours volunteered by hundreds of our members played a crucial role in contributing to this victory.

Conservation Voters of PA invested more than $350,000 and devoted hundreds of staff and volunteer hours to grassroots efforts to turnout voters! Meanwhile, billionaires and allies of corporate polluters poured millions of dollars into this election.

We made our collective voices loud and clear – Pennsylvanians don't want our state's Supreme Court to resemble the U.S. Supreme Court. This is a rejection of MAGA judges and a testament to the power we have when we come together.

With judges who are committed to protecting our democracy, enforcing our state's pro-environment constitution, and holding polluters accountable, we've secured a brighter future. This victory will have a profound impact on the lives of communities of color and historically disenfranchised communities, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected.

We’re also thrilled to report that Sara Innamorato won her race for Allegheny County Executive. In her time as a state representative, Sara earned a 100% pro-environment score thanks to her tireless advocacy for environmental justice and action on climate change.

As Allegheny County Executive she will have enormous power to take critical steps to improve air quality, lead the transition to a clean energy economy, and advance long overdue solutions to environmental injustice.
