Dear John,

Please join us November 29th @9:30 AM Pacific for the release of our research report: Capturing the Diversity Benefit - Workforce Diversity Linked To Financial Performance.
REGISTER NOW < [link removed] >

Many studies have identified the benefits of workforce diversity to include improved culture, greater innovation, reduced risk, increased market opportunity, and the attraction and retention of effective employees from the widest pool of candidates.

However, as company disclosure of workforce diversity is voluntary, this is the first year we have sufficient data to empirically demonstrate, at a statistically significant level, that improved financial performance is linked to workforce diversity.

Working with Whistle Stop Capital <[link removed]>, we reviewed over 6,000 EEO-1 forms* against 15 financial performance indicators. We analyzed these workforce diversity data forms by gender, race, and ethnicity; and considered implications by sector, market cap, year, and other financial indicators to see the relationship between workforce diversity of publicly traded companies and financial performance.

Join us for the first time we share the results of our research.
