[ [link removed] ]Victory!
HUGE NEWS! Tons of PCCC-endorsed candidates won races across the country
last night.
Thanks to training, coaching, and direct donations from people like you,
progressives defeated fascists and insurrection sympathizers running for
school board, battleground legislative seats, and other important state
and local races.
Specifically:
* 63% of our 200 endorsed candidates won!
* 22 endorsed school board candidates won! Many defeated "Moms For
Liberty" MAGA extremists.
* 19 of our endorsed state legislative candidates won, including 17 in
Virginia!
* We helped flip a Mayor’s seat that had been Republican for 14 years!
* We helped flip a County Council in Pennsylvania in an area crucial for
2024!
And late last night at 10:14pm, Joshua Cole (who we endorsed in August)
flipped a Republican Virginia Assembly seat. This puts Democrats 1 seat up
to take back that chamber, a giant check on Governor Glenn Youngkin’s
zealous anti-abortion agenda.

2024? Please chip in $3 (or $20.24 if you can) to support our work
training, funding, and electing progressive battleground candidates across
the nation next year.
Karl Frisch, who won re-election to the Fairfax School Board in Virginia
says, "When somebody decides to run for office, it is an enormous
undertaking. PCCC's candidate training really helped flesh out what to do,
and how to run an effective campaign that gets my message in front of the
voters I need to win."
In three key states -- Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania -- 61 winning
PCCC-endorsed candidates not only won, but drove turnout in a way that
will be important for local candidates to do in 2024 to help win the
presidential race.

victories in 2023:

seats held by Republicans for decades.
25 PCCC victories in Virginia included Dominique Chatters, who soundly
defeated a right-wing activist for a seat on the Chesterfield School
Board.
22 PCCC victories in Pennsylvania included all 5 of the progressive school
board candidates in State College who defeated right-wing Moms for Liberty
aligned opponents. Winners were Amy Bader, Gretchen Brandt, Anne Demo, Dan
Kolbe, and Aaron Miller.
14 PCCC victories in Ohio included 3 progressive women in Golf Manor who
swept their village council races, unseating Republican incumbents.
Winners were Brittany Kreimer, Melody Mayle, and Charlotte Bruewer.
In Virginia, Randy Riffle defeated a far-right extremist to flip a
long-time Republican school board seat in Williamsburg-James City.
Dominique Chatters soundly defeated an extreme far-right activist for a
seat on the school board in Chesterfield County. Amanda Pohl narrowly
defeated an incumbent Republican in another Chesterfield County race.
In Pittsburgh, 5 progressive leaders were elected to the city and county
councils.
In Ohio, Alison Fiscus narrowly defeated 2 far-right Republican opponents
for a school board seat in Maumee.
In Indiana, 22 year old Dylan Liddle unseated a corrupt, extreme
Republican for a key seat on Lawrenceburg City Council. Brandon Sakbun

The list goes on and on...
We have even more ambitious goals for local endorsements and candidate
training in 2024. We can only fund this candidate support with your help.
