In 2024 we are committed to doing our part to ensure that all people
are served by truly representative governments, and we are working to
help increase the political, economic and social power of Black and
Brown communities. At the same time, we are fighting to protect our
inclusive democracy from a mainstream, reactionary far-right movement.
Its ugliness and hatred are familiar to us all, but the movement
itself has been morphing into something different. Something more
powerful, more dangerous and more violent.

The values that guide our mission - justice, equity, human
rights and ending white supremacy - are under attack. Please,
