Israel is under legal assault and the target is once again Jerusalem.

Today we’re taking direct legal action to defend Israel’s interests and Jerusalem against a new barrage of legal warfare at the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Palestinians are once again claiming that Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria (also called the West Bank) – including east Jerusalem – constitute “war crimes.”

Even worse, the ICC Prosecutor is seriously considering opening an absurd “war crimes” investigation aimed at those innocent Israeli civilians.

It’s a mockery of justice.

Judea and Samaria are a biblical, historical, and strategically significant part of Israel – won back in 1967 after the Jordanian army illegally seized it.

In our submission today, we argue that the land belongs to Israel and the ICC has no jurisdiction to act. Innocent Israeli citizens should never be targeted for “war crimes” prosecutions. We have a moral obligation to defend Israel.

Today we are once again filing at the ICC to defend Israel’s interests against these unfounded ICC attacks. But we urgently need YOU.
