Why:
DES must create a plan on how to reduce carbon emissions for the entire Capitol Campus, under the 2023 Improving Building Energy Systems law. The first step in creating this plan is to assess the electrical and mechanical systems in each Capitol Campus building.?
All work is weather dependent, and the schedule is subject to change.?DES is contracting with Millig Design Build of Seattle, Washington for this effort.?
