Brigitte Gabriel on News You Can Act On!
Marxist Mayors are signing Treaties with the World Economic Forum to ban meat, dairy, and car ownership, and ration our access to clothes and air travel! You’ve got to hear this and share! Time to recall some Mayors and vote like our lives, our children’s lives, and our grandchildren’s lives depend on it!
The World Economic Forum's C40 network is a global consortium of mayors from major cities who claim to be at the forefront of the fight against climate change. They are committed to cutting emissions by half before 2030 and promoting equitable, resilient communities.
According to their website, the C40 mayors pledge to reduce their fair share of emissions by 50% before 2030, thereby aiding global efforts to limit global warming to 1.5°C and construct healthy, equitable, and resilient communities. This endeavor is facilitated by raising climate ambitions, promoting innovative climate action plans, fostering global and regional programs to create thriving communities, and advocating for climate action internationally.
The C40 network encourages the sharing of best practices across sectors, access to finance for green projects, and access to green jobs. Membership in C40 is performance-based, evaluated annually against Leadership Standards, emphasizing climate action plans, delivery, mainstreaming climate targets, innovation, and global climate leadership.

When we're confronted with news like this, the first question that naturally springs to mind is, "Is this even legal?" The resounding answer is a resolute "NO." Our revered Constitution unequivocally designates the authority to engage in foreign treaties to the United States Senate, a crucial element in the separation of powers. The Constitution entrusts the federal government with the primary responsibility of managing the nation's foreign relations. It's a system as robust as Lady Justice herself, blind to state boundaries and driven by the collective wisdom of the nation.
In the hallowed halls of our Supreme Court, the principle of federal supremacy in foreign affairs has been repeatedly upheld. State lines, in this regard, dissolve into insignificance. The essence of a state's role, as delineated in the Constitution, becomes obsolete when we delve into international matters.
To add another layer of intricacy, following a rigorous examination by the Senate's Committee on Foreign Relations, resolutions of ratification are either approved or rejected. If the resolution finds favor, formal ratification takes place through the ceremonial exchange of instruments between the United States and the involved foreign power(s).
It's high time for a clarion call to our State and Federal Representatives. They must intervene to put an end to these unsanctioned foreign treaties, demand their annulment, and ensure that those mayors who ventured beyond the bounds of their authority are held answerable. The Constitution and the bedrock of the rule of law must reign supreme.
