Last night, the voters of HD-27 in Eastern Loudoun County entrusted me to serve as their Delegate in the Virginia House of Delegates. I am humbled and honored to continue my public service, in this new role.

As the first Iranian-American elected into the Virginia General Assembly, this historic victory is shared with every single one of you. Whether you volunteered your time, encouraged others to vote, wrote postcards, or supported my campaign through donations, you played a vital role in our success. Your contributions have made a significant impact, and I am deeply grateful.
Throughout the past year, I have had the privilege of engaging with our community, knocking on doors, and having meaningful conversations. Your voices, stories, and concerns have shaped my understanding and perspective. I have listened attentively, learned profoundly, and grown personally, all thanks to the invaluable input from all of you.
