Even though Ken Buck is no moderate, the MAGA wing of Colorado’s GOP had no room, and no use for him. It seems like the most extreme fringe of their party is calling all the shots. (And consistently losing elections, it should be noted.)

In addition to being one of the more rabid Trump acolytes on Twitter or “Truth” Social, Leisy is also a County Commissioner elected by the people of Weld County.
This is the frontrunner for the GOP nomination to replace Ken Buck in Congress.
Leisy isn’t just an extremist on important issues like abortion rights, climate change, and gun violence. He is animated entirely by grievance, and seemingly considers anyone not exactly like him an enemy.
We can’t sit back and let a bona fide MAGA lunatic win this seat in the U.S. House. Ike is a Marine Corps combat veteran who has worked for years to organize Democrats, Independents, and working people throughout this district. He can flip votes and win this election.
