john — As Vice-Chair of the Senate Democrats’ campaign arm, I’m hyper-focused on protecting and expanding our Democratic Senate Majority in next year’s elections.

I could write you a very long email about why we need to defend the majority. But above all else, we need to protect our democracy.

Whether it is folks like Donald Trump running for President once again to continue his radical extremist agenda, or our stacked Supreme Court taking away our rights and freedoms, there is SO much on the line, and I believe the Senate is the place where we can safeguard our institutions and restore our democracy.

Winning isn’t going to be easy next year — 23 Democratic-held seats are up for election.

But we’ve been counted out before — and won. People didn’t think Democrats could win in 2020, but we did. Same again in 2022, everyone wrote us off — and we won.

Senate Democrats won big in 2022 by working hard and taking nothing for granted. Millions of people came together to make their voices heard, and supporters like you were with us every step of the way.

That’s why I’m excited and optimistic about the year ahead and our work to hold the Senate Majority.
