CONCORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE - Today, Jay Ruais, a Republican from Manchester, was elected the next mayor of the Queen City; flipping the Mayor's seat from Democrat to G.O.P. New Hampshire Republican Party Chairman Chris Ager released the following statement:
