John, last month, I wrote to you about Aurora Regino, the brave mom suing her daughter’s school district after an elementary school guidance counselor facilitated the gender transition of Aurora’s 5th grade daughter without parental notification or consent.

I urged you not to forget Aurora or her legal battle.

Because even though the district court ruled against us, the case was far from over.

Last Monday, we filed our opening brief in our appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and this past Friday we learned an astounding 23 states joined a coalition amicus brief supporting Aurora Regino!

That’s right. TWENTY-THREE.

John, this is huge.

And we need to move quickly to build off this momentum.

We need to set the record straight once and for all.

The government doesn’t own our children.

Parents have the fundamental right to decide how to raise their own children, not the teachers’ unions or government bureaucrats.

And we all have a dog in this fight.

Because it doesn’t matter how many kids you have, how old they are or how well you raised them.

If we give government the power to rob parents of their right to decide what is best for their kids, political science will usurp medical science and subject vulnerable children to the whims of well-funded special interest groups.

That’s why Montana, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia have stepped up to the plate, and joined us in this critical lawsuit…
