Today is Election Day in many states, with important positions up for grabs and vital ballot measures being voted on. We just wanted to send this last-minute note to remind you to get out and vote if polls are still open in your state.

- In Virginia, every General Assembly seat is up for election, and the results of these races will influence how far Governor Glenn Youngkin (R) can take his political agenda. Make no mistake. Abortion is on the ballot.
- Voters in Ohio are deciding whether to legalize marijuana for recreational use and to include abortion rights in the state constitution.
