This is one of our favorite days of the year here at Fair Fight.
Election Day is a reminder of our power when we come together and cast our ballots — and this year is no different.
This election cycle, Fair Fight has endorsed candidates who are champions of voting rights — who will work hard to protect access to the ballot box and keep their communities moving forward.
With your support, we equipped candidates with resources to fundraise, organize, and advocate to protect the freedom to vote for years to come. Just last month, we helped Louisiana Rep. Mandie Landry — a strong voting rights advocate — win her primary election.
We’ll soon know the results of today’s elections. But our work will be far from over. The 2024 elections are now less than one year away — and we’re already getting ready to help voters make their voices heard.
In 2020 and 2021, this team helped drive record-breaking voter turnout among Georgians, particularly young voters and voters of color — flipping the Peach State blue for the first time in decades and securing a Democratic majority in the U.S. Senate. Cynics said it wasn’t possible, but because of generous folks like you, we proved them wrong.
Now, experts are predicting that Georgia will once again be a swing state. And that means we can’t wait until next year to start making key investments to help every eligible voter make their voice heard.
We need to ramp up critical programs right away — and for that, we need this team.
