Hi, it’s Tiernan, Bob’s campaign manager. This is a longer email in which I’m going to make the case for folks to step up and help raise as much as possible for Bob Casey’s re-election fight.
We just passed the “one year out” milestone until Election Day, and in order to prepare for the millions that will be spent against our campaign from now until then, our team set a 72-hour goal to raise $30,000.
Look, I know this team is ready to face any challenge from now until Election Day. You can take it from me — I’m working hard alongside Bob and our entire team to build the strongest campaign possible, day in and day out.

But with a self-funding mega-millionaire running against us to flip PA red, it’s clear that we could be facing the toughest Senate race Pennsylvania has ever seen. Here are just a few facts to back that up:
FACT: Among the Senate battlegrounds, Pennsylvania is a historically expensive state. With over $381 million dollars spent in the Commonwealth’s 2022 U.S. Senate race, strong grassroots support is critical to our success in 2024. |
FACT: Our opponent David McCormick is a mega-millionaire hedge fund executive, which means he has effectively unlimited funds to support his own campaign and run attack ads against Bob. |
FACT: CNN just moved us up to #4 on their list of Top 10 Most Likely to Flip Senate Seats, and Senate control could come down to us. |
Over the next 12 months, all eyes will be on this battleground state and our race to see if we have the campaign to succeed. That means the infrastructure to stop Mitch McConnell and national Republicans from taking back the Senate and the White House.
