Today is the day—Ohio voters are heading to the polls to protect reproductive freedom and our right to plan our families and manage our own private lives.The stakes could not be higher.
What our team has been hearing on the ground from voters tells a consistent story: some have mixed feelings about reproductive healthcare, in particular, but most think that the Republicans’ 6-week ban is extreme and will harm people and families; and others worry about whether they will come next for birth control and access to reproductive healthcare generally.
This battle for the future of our country will not end today. But it is crucial that we win on Issue 1 to send a message that we will not stand for the GOP’s extremist agenda anywhere.
