Hi John -- Ben here. Reaching out with some unfortunate news. Yesterday, we missed our fundraising target, and right now, we’re not on track to hit our goal for the March 31 FEC filing deadline. Our systems show that you didn’t make a contribution yesterday. (If that isn’t accurate, please let us know so I can personally correct our record. And thank you for supporting our efforts to re-elect Mary Gay so she can continue tirelessly advocating for us in Congress.) 

 

It’s my job to keep the campaign running smoothly and ensure our programs are fully funded through November so Mary Gay can continue her work. But when we miss goals, I’m the one who has to review our strategy and figure out what gets cut first. That’s why I’m reaching out now.

 

I really do not want to make any changes to our operation -- the stakes are too high. I know we can get back on track if we raise $4,450.
