Our race is a huge opportunity to replace a complacent establishment Democrat with a progressive champion of the people. This is important in 2020 because it’s not enough to just get Trump out of office — we have to replace anyone who stands in the way of progress and who will not aggressively fight for policies that take care of our communities.
Policies like Medicare for All and student loan reform will raise people out of poverty by giving them the relief they desperately need. And a Green New Deal will work to end the climate crisis and ensure our planet is inhabitable for generations to come.
