Over 10,000 people have been killed in Gaza, including 4,000 children, since Israel began its airstrike campaign in Gaza, according to the Hamas-run health ministry. Over 1.5 million people have been displaced. U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres said Gaza was “becoming a graveyard for children.”

** Ohio to vote on adding abortion rights to the constitution

Ohio voters will decide whether or not to establish abortion as a constitutional right this Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 7. If approved, the ballot measure, known as Issue 1, would enshrine abortion rights in Ohio's state constitution. It is the abortion-related measure being voted on this year.

** Judge tells lawyers to 'control' Trump during testimony

Former President Trump testified today in the New York civil fraud case. During Trump's testimony, he repeatedly sidestepped questions, went on irrelevant tangents, and called the attorney general's office "haters." Judge Arthur Engoron, overseeing the case, told Trump's lawyer to "control him."
