I wanted to pass along my latest update on what I have been doing to fight for you, Texas’ 21st Congressional district, and our country as a whole:
Who will Biden side with?
Last week, Congress passed a bill that will send aid to Israel and is fully paid for by taking money from the IRS. Now we’ll see for sure: will President Biden put money where his mouth is and stand with Israel? Or will he choose the IRS that has repeatedly weaponized itself against the American people?

Terrorists at our border
I am demanding answers from Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas about the number of known or suspected terrorists (KSTs) crossing the southern border. Just in fiscal year 2023, 169 known or suspected terrorists were encountered at the border – setting a new KST arrest record and surpassing the KST encounter totals of the past six fiscal years combined. In fact, Customs and Border Patrol recently issued a memo warning of Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and Hezbollah members potentially crossing the border. The American people deserve to know who exactly this administration is allowing into our country.

I stand with Senator Tuberville
It was disgraceful to watch my Republican colleagues in the Senate lie and attack Senator Tommy Tuberville last week, many of whom campaign under the pro-life message. The American people did not sign up for the abortion tourism and taxpayer funded abortions Biden has forced on this country. I stand with coach Tuberville to hold the line against this administration's unlawful abortion extremism – and Senate Republicans should too.
