Last month, Cori introduced the Ceasefire Now resolution in Congress, because we urgently need to call for de-escalation and an immediate ceasefire in Israel and Occupied Palestine, and for humanitarian assistance to urgently be delivered to the 2.3 million people under siege and trapped in Gaza. And because, without a ceasefire, we will only see more death and bloodshed.

Since we published our petition a few days ago, almost 4000 people have signed onto it so far. That’s a great start, but we need to keep the pressure going.

That’s why we’re asking you to sign on as a supporter of this resolution so that Cori’s fellow members of Congress who have yet to sign on know that the people of this country are anti-war, pro-peace, and pro-humanity.

From the Doctors without Borders, to the United Nations, to Amnesty International, to the Pope, our anti-war, pro-peace, pro-humanity movement is strong and growing stronger by the day. We are leading with love. We need the safe release of all hostages, humanitarian aid to Gaza, and a ceasefire now.

This is a time for humanity and moral clarity to prevail. We cannot bomb our way to peace, we must do everything to prevent mass atrocity.
